Customer Service Agent (Dutch+English)

Job description

Paylogic is currently looking for ambitious and motivated Customer Service Agents on call who speak and write fluent in Dutch and English. Do you have customer service experience and do you live in Groningen? Please read further!


As a Customer Service Agent at Paylogic you will work in a dynamic team in Groningen. You will be responsible for answering all sort of questions from customers by phone, mail, social media and other online channels. In addition, you  will complete phone orders, resolve payment issues and take other ticketing related tasks.   

 

We are looking for team players who are focussed on working properly, timely and accurately while processing incoming calls or messages through different channels. You will be working in professional team with agents, Coördinators and a Manager. Therefore, we expect that you are able to maintain the team spirit. You will report directly to the manager of Customer Service.

Requirements

  • You have got HBO professional and intellectual ability
  • Some experience in the online traffic of payments or a similar job like a Customer Service Agent.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, verbally fluid and in writing.
  • Speaking Portuguese, French or German is a big pre;
  • On call from from Monday until Saturday between 09.00h and 17:00.
