Customer Service Agent - multi language speaking

Paylogic is currently looking for ambitious and motivated Customer Service Agents who speak and write fluent in several languages. Do you have customer service experience and do you live in Groningen? Please read further!

As a Customer Service Agent at Paylogic you will work in a dynamic team in Groningen. You will be responsible for answering all sort of questions from customers by phone, mail, social media and other online channels. In addition, you  will complete phone orders, resolve payment issues and take other ticketing related tasks.   


We are looking for team players who are focussed on working properly, timely and accurately while processing incoming calls or messages through different channels. You will be working in a professional team with agents, Coordinators and a Manager. Therefore, we expect that you are able to maintain the team spirit. You will report directly to the manager of Customer Service.


  • You have got HBO professional and intellectual ability;
  • Some experience in the online traffic of payments or a similar job like a Customer Service Agent;
  • You have excellent communication skills in all the languages in any of the combinations below:
    • Dutch, English, German and French
    • Dutch, English and French 
    • Dutch, English and German 
    • Dutch, English and Portuguese 
    • German, French, English and Spanish 
    • Dutch, English and Spanish
  • Direct available, working Part-time and/or Full time from Monday until Saturday between 09.00h and 18.00h and/or from 18.00h and 23.00.
