Paylogic is looking for an intern Client Success Support for our Client Success department in Antwerpen (Belgium). We are looking for a bachelor student with good communication and writing skills, organizational ability and of course, a good command of the French language. During this internship you work together with our Belgium and French team and you will support our Dutch, and French-speaking clients.
An internship at Paylogic means that you will work at a fresh, young and dynamic company, active in the event and ticketing industry. What are you going to do as an Client Success Support intern?
As an intern at Paylogic you are responsible for the relationship management of our clients (event organisers) in Belgium and France. During your internship you are responsible for building up the customer relationship and try to assist the client with the use of our system, stimulating ticket sales and the use of the right (marketing) resources.
You will work in a young and ambitious team and will be assigned to your own projects soon and responsibilities. You communicate with various (inter)national departments and clients and you are involved in various projects and processes within Paylogic.
You have direct contact with the assigned accounts and you help them with all kinds of questions and challenges. During your internship you are well supervised and can gain a lot of experience within a rapidly growing and dynamic company in the event industry!
