At Paylogic, we continuously innovate and expand our digital product into new domains. Currently, we are entering a new market segment, and are looking for an experienced product manager who can lead the development of our product to fit to that new market. You are experienced in successfully leading complex agile development tracks, connecting to clients, developers, and many other departments.
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work within the Product department with 5 other Product Managers, each of who have a specific focus on the product. Your focus will be on extending the product with new functionalities in two ways:
Evolve the product to fit with new market domains;
Expand our product by integrating new partners.
To evolve the product to fit with the new market segment we are entering, you will be working directly and very closely with the leading brand in this segment (our client) and our commercial colleagues. You convince them of what our product can do to meet their needs, while also finding the gaps that we need (and will) close with development. You will lead the required agile and complex development tracks with our own in-house development team. You will lead by being the expert on the subject while also organising this development track in an agile manner.
You will also lead the expansion of our product by smart partnerships. Due to our advanced API structures, we can add new functionalities to our product without having to build them ourselves. This allows us to add hotels, merchandise, distribution channels, CRM partners, and many more new solutions to our product. When we want to add a new proposition to our product, you will lead from research to actual implementation.
You report directly to the Product Director and will be in close contact with the whole MT.
Define a roadmap of features required to enter a new market segment;
Lead agile development tracks to realise these features;
Define the functional solutions to these features;
Secure the business implementation of these new features by multiple clients;
Research new partnerships and propositions;
Build business cases to facilitate GO / NO GO decisions by the MT for new propositions and partners;
Realise the end-to-end agile development tracks to connect these partner solutions to our platform;
5+ years experience in eCommerce, of which at least 3 years as a product manager / product owner;
Experience in steering agile development tracks of big and complex features; Both functionally and organisationally;
Natural leadership with an inspiring, innovative and ambitious personality;
Experience in setting up partnerships using API connections;
A passion for tech and the event business;
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (mandatory), especially towards clients and partners.

This position is full time and based at our Amsterdam office, with a single day per week in Groningen.
We are expanding our innovative white-label solution and high quality services and doubling our turnover and volumes within the next three years.

Our goal for the coming years is to offer more services to our clients, which they can sell to their fans via our platform (i.e: travel packages; adding hotels and flights to event tickets). We will change the way event organisers can interact with fans by creating a new user-centric (personalised) view on e-commerce.
